1. Call the camp or e-mail us at directors@campurc.com and let us know the dates you are interested in. If the dates work, we’ll pencil you in!
    
2. Download and complete our fillable Retreat Reservation Form (pdf).  We also recommend that you print a copy of the "URC Price Chart" and a "URC Map" for your records and reference.
    
3. Download and fill out the Summary Of Agreement Form (pdf).  Please read this form in detail and send URC a signed copy. This form let’s us know that you fully agree to URC’s guidelines for groups on our premises.
    
4. Once the two forms are filled out, send them to URC with your deposit. This is $10 per person attending, with a minimum of $100 if less than 10 people. At this point we’ll confirm your reservation.
    
5. We need a final count by 14 days prior to your arrival (This helps us plan food purchases and allows us to prepare the correct number of cabins). You may cancel your retreat with a refund minus deposit up to 14 days prior to your arrival, after which no refund will be given. We appreciate your co-operation.
    
6. Lastly, come to URC for your retreat or event and have a wonderful time!
